This is a great beginner block that uses foundation paper piecing. While a beginner block, you should be familiar with basics of foundation paper piecing.

Each border finishes at 4″ wide by 18″ long.

Download includes instructions and the numbered paper piecing template. The template can be printed on standard 8.5 x 11 inch paper.

Follow the numbers to assemble the block, using standard foundation paper piecing techniques.

When trimming your blocks, be sure to ADD 1/4-INCH SEAM ALLOWANCE AROUND ALL EDGES.
